- Material

- Processing method of components

Is there a SOP for the production processes?
Laser cutting or others, the tolerance?
Rings are one-piece cut or welding ones? Is there a flattening and deburring process?
- Motors
Right power, speed ration etc. are necessary for the motors, it impacts on the dewatering efficiency and life span. Unmatched motor, such as insufficient power will cause poor performance and shorter life span. Selected ones are SEW, Nord, Siemens, ABB etc.
- Electrical Control Cabinet
It is the core for realizing functions. Correct wiring, component used and troubleshooting are main considering on it.
For stable performance, the entry brand for components is CHINT, followed by the imported ones eg, Schneider.
