  1. The pressure gauge has no pressure:

When the booster pump is running, the indication of the pressure gauge of the dissolved air tank is zero, which means that the booster pump cannot pump water because there is air in the pump. At this time, press the stop button of the booster pump to stop the booster pump. Then open the exhaust valve of the pressurized pump to discharge the air together with the water. Restart the booster pump. If there is still air in the pump, continue the above steps until the air is completely removed and the pressure gauge of the dissolved air tank indicates within the range of 0.35~0.5Mpa. If the pressure is still not reached, check for leaks elsewhere.

  1. No bubbles in the dissolved air flotation reaction zone:

If the pressurized pump runs for 30 minutes, there is no large number of tiny bubbles in the reaction area of ​​the air flotation machine, which means that the ejector is not able to inhale air during the suction part of the ejector. The main reasons are as follows:

(1) The ejector is blocked. Disassemble the ejector, check the regulating ball valve of the ejector, and remove the debris if it is blocked.

(2) The amount of inhaled air is too small. Slowly adjust the regulating ball valve of the air intake jet, and touch the air suction port with your hand to feel whether there is gas inhaled. Repeatedly adjust the ball valve of the “air jet” to keep the pressure of the dissolved air tank within 0.35~0.5Mpa time, and gas is inhaled from the air suction port. Note that the amount of inhaled air should not be too large, otherwise too much air will enter the pressurized pump and water will not be pumped. The pressure of the dissolved gas tank drops.

  1. The scum surface is uneven when borrowed, large bubbles appear locally or the water flow is unstable:

Reason: The release may be blocked. Remove the releaser, check whether the releaser is blocked, if it is blocked, remove the debris in the releaser.
